Diadeloso is a festival held at Baylor every spring. Everybody gets to take a break and enjoy the spring weather. We were almost rained out today - but the weather did turn pleasant. Susie and I scouted things out, then checked the boys out of school early so that they could join in the festivities. I captured some few pictures with my cell phone. We did so much more. Can you guess what armadillo races involve?
Everybody had a chance on the Bungie Bull. Here I am getting ready. I didn't last more than a second, although in my defense, I tried holding on with a single hand. Tavin had a try, but soon decided he didn't like it. Susie got on and held tight - she wasn't bucked off at all. Braxton went 4 times. Every time he held tight and laughed the entire time.
This turned out to be the star attraction. The line to meet this monkey was by far the largest in the entire festival.
I don't know how both the monkey and I ended up with the same expression.
